Since its establishment, Stage6 has remained steadfast in its commitment to developing performance-enhancing tuning parts, consistently embracing new challenges. Presently, the company is venturing into the realm of 50cc bikes with the introduction of the Stage6 Cylinder Kit Big Racing 77cc for Minarelli AM6.

This cylinder kit comprises:

- A 77cc cylinder made of aluminum, featuring a 50mm bore, 5 transfer ports, and a 32mm bridged exhaust port.
- A single-ring Vertex piston with a diameter of 50mm.
- A high compression cylinder head crafted from monobloc aluminum.
- A gasket set containing base and head gaskets.

Developed in close collaboration with MXS Racing experts, Stage6 drew upon their extensive experience in 50cc bikes, combined with their own technical expertise, to create a highly compelling new tuning cylinder.

Although the cylinder's exterior may appear modest, it conceals significant capabilities. This is a true "Big Bore" cylinder, not merely a modified standard model. From its inception, it was designed as a Big Bore, complete with matching transfer ports and a sufficiently large bridged exhaust port to accommodate enhanced performance.

The Big Racing cylinders excel in terms of installation ease, performance, and reliability:

- Installation is remarkably straightforward; no crankcase milling or other modifications are required. Squish clearance is pre-set to an optimized value for each engine type.
- In terms of output, the Big Racing cylinders deliver impressive results. On our P4 test bench using a standard setup (24mm carburetor, original ignition, racing exhaust, etc.), we measured an astonishing 23 PS and 13 Nm.
- With relatively low port timings, a substantial cooling system volume, and a top-quality Vertex piston, these cylinders offer exceptional dependability and durability, provided that setup and adjustments are appropriate.

With a displacement of 77cc (50mm piston), this kit may not be street-legal in many countries. We highly recommend using a reinforced crankshaft with a standard stroke.

Externally, the cylinder resembles the original 49cc version, but rest assured, this is indeed a 77cc cylinder.

Please note: to achieve the correct torque when tightening the bolts, we recommend using "long" cylinder head nuts.

It's important to note that this kit may not be street-legal in certain countries.
