The kit comprises:

- An aluminum cylinder with a 47.6mm bore, featuring 6 transfer ports and a bridged exhaust.
- A high-quality piston (12mm piston pin) equipped with a high-performance piston ring.
- A high-compression cylinder head with a modular, removable combustion chamber (orange anodized).
- R/T spacer/adapter plate boasting a groundbreaking mounting design.
- CNC machined exhaust adapter.

Innovative Mounting:
The standout feature of this cylinder kit is its revolutionary installation design with the cylinder spacer/adapter plate. The CNC-milled adapter plate attaches to the crankcase, while the cylinder is mounted via external bolts, eliminating the need for bolts to penetrate the cylinder. This pioneering design provides tuners with unprecedented flexibility to modify and optimize their engine (e.g., porting) without conventional constraints. A Viton O-ring seal between the adapter plate and cylinder eliminates the need for future sealing procedures when changing pistons, for instance.

High-End Racing Performance:
Delivering top-tier racing performance, this cylinder kit can achieve up to 24 hp when paired with the appropriate tuning components. Exceptional thermals are ensured by the combustion chamber insert, which is bolted to the cylinder at five points, with each bolt benefiting from its cooling pocket. This configuration stabilizes critical areas around the stud bolts, minimizing the risk of piston seizure.

Assembly Instructions:
The cylinder can be effortlessly mounted plug & play on all engine cases originally equipped with an aluminum cylinder kit. However, on newer AM6 engines featuring cast iron cylinders, slight machining of the case is necessary to accommodate the cylinder base. Relevant dimensions of the cylinder base are provided for precision machining.

Matching Exhaust:
The 70cc cylinder, equipped with the supplied exhaust flange, allows for the installation of all AM6 exhaust systems with a 32mm flange diameter available on the market. To ensure a perfect seal, the flange is outfitted with two O-rings—one on the cylinder side and one on the inside toward the exhaust. For exhausts with a 28mm diameter, an exhaust reducer sleeve (32mm to 28mm) is required.

Other Matching Components:
The Stage6 R/T cylinder is compatible with the standard AM6 stroke (39mm) and connecting rod (85mm). We recommend pairing it with a high-performance racing crankshaft for Minarelli AM6 engines to achieve optimal results.
