Introducing the Stage6 Streetrace 77cc Cast Iron Cylinder Kit designed specifically for Derbi Euro 3 / Euro 4 models, a renowned offering from Stage6 in the realm of cast iron tuning cylinders. While Stage6 is widely recognized for its top-notch tuning parts for modern scooters with CVT, the brand has expanded its repertoire to cater to moped enthusiasts, particularly those with gearboxes (such as Supermotard models). Following the success of its 50cc line, Stage6 now presents two new kits featuring 77cc and 88cc capacities, adhering to the age-old wisdom: There is no substitute for displacement!

The comprehensive kit includes:

- A 77cc grey cast iron cylinder, boasting a diameter of 50mm, equipped with 5 transfer ports and a straightforward exhaust system.
- A 50mm 2-ring piston.
- A one-piece high-compression aluminum cylinder head.
- Gaskets for the head and base, along with necessary hardware.

Offering a perfect balance between performance and reliability, this cylinder delivers impressive performance across the board. Notable features include excellent take-off and acceleration, as well as significantly enhanced top speed and overall output attributed to the increased displacement. Moreover, the cast iron construction ensures exceptional durability and reliability, making it ideal for rigorous usage.

Assembly is straightforward, eliminating the need for complex modifications such as milling the crankcase.

Recommended Setup:
As with any tuning cylinder, optimizing the entire setup is crucial. We recommend pairing the cylinder with a 21mm PWK carburetor, a Stage6 Viton reed valve, a racing exhaust such as the Stage6 Streetrace low-mount, a reinforced clutch, and a reinforced crankshaft with standard stroke. For enthusiasts seeking maximum performance, an internal rotor ignition like the MVT Digital Direct is also recommended.

To ensure proper break-in, it is advised to run the new cylinder for 300km without engaging full throttle. Additionally, a 3% two-stroke mixture (1:33) is recommended to prolong engine life.

Note:
The cylinder's unassuming appearance resembles the stock part, as Stage6 intentionally chose not to display the brand name on the cylinder. Instead, a "49ccm" stamp is featured. Rest assured, despite its discreteness, it is indeed a 77cc cylinder. However, please be aware that it may not be street-legal in various countries.
