Since its inception, Stage6 has remained dedicated to developing performance-enhancing tuning parts and has continuously embraced new challenges. Now, they are venturing into the market for 50cc bikes with the introduction of the Stage6 Cylinder Kit Big Racing 88cc for Derbi Euro 3.

This comprehensive cylinder kit comprises:

- An 88cc aluminum cylinder, featuring a 50mm bore, 45mm stroke for a 90mm connecting rod, and equipped with 5 transfer ports and a 32mm bridged exhaust port.
- A 1-ring Vertex piston with a diameter of 50mm.
- A high-compression monobloc aluminum cylinder head.
- A gasket set including base and head gaskets.

Developed in close collaboration with MXS Racing experts, Stage6 utilized their extensive experience in 50cc bikes, combined with their own technical expertise, to craft a highly convincing new tuning cylinder.

Despite its unassuming exterior, this cylinder boasts genuine "Big Bore" performance. Unlike modified standard models, it was designed as a Big Bore from the ground up, ensuring matched transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port capable of accommodating the increased performance.

The BigRacing cylinders excel in ease of installation, outstanding performance, and high reliability. Noteworthy features include:

- Easy installation without the need for crankcase milling or other modifications. Squish clearance is pre-set to optimize performance for respective engine types.
- Impressive output with measurements reaching 25.2 PS and 15.4 Nm on the P4 test bench using a standard setup (24mm carburetor, original ignition, racing exhaust, etc.).
- Relatively low port timings, ample cooling system volume, and a top-quality Vertex piston contribute to the cylinder's dependability and robustness, provided setup and adjustments are appropriate.

With a displacement of 88cc (50mm piston / 45mm stroke / 90mm conrod), this kit is not street-legal in many countries, necessitating the use of a long-stroke crankshaft.

The exterior mirrors that of the original cylinder with a 49cc stamp, reassuring users that it is indeed an 88cc cylinder.

Important notes:
- Long cylinder bolts (M7x120mm) are required for mounting this kit.
- Depending on the year of manufacture, adjustments may be needed to accommodate the connecting rod (milling).
