STAGE6 BIG RACING 77CC RABASA EURO 3/ EURO 4
Since its inception, Stage6 has maintained a steadfast commitment to developing performance-enhancing tuning parts and embracing new challenges without hesitation. Their latest endeavor involves entering the market for 50cc bikes with the introduction of the Stage6 Cylinder Kit Big Racing 77cc for RABASA Euro 3.
The cylinder kit comprises:
- A 77cc aluminum cylinder, boasting a 50mm bore, equipped with 5 transfer ports and a 32mm bridged exhaust port.
- A 1-ring Vertex piston with a diameter of 50mm.
- A high-compression monobloc aluminum cylinder head.
- A gasket set containing base and head gaskets.
Developed in close collaboration with MXS Racing experts, Stage6 leveraged their extensive experience in 50cc bikes, combined with their own technical expertise, to craft a highly convincing new tuning cylinder.
Despite its unassuming exterior, this cylinder embodies genuine "Big Bore" performance. Unlike modified standard models, it was designed from the outset as a Big Bore, ensuring matched transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port capable of accommodating excess performance.
The BigRacing cylinders impress with their ease of installation, outstanding performance, and high reliability. Notable features include:
- Simple installation without the need for crankcase milling or other modifications. Squish clearance is pre-set to an optimized value for respective engine types.
- Remarkable output with measurements reaching 23 PS and 13 Nm on the P4 test bench using a standard setup (24mm carburetor, original ignition, racing exhaust, etc.).
- Relatively low port timings, ample cooling system volume, and a top-quality Vertex piston contribute to the cylinder's high dependability and robustness, provided setup and adjustments are appropriate.
With a displacement of 77cc (50mm piston), this kit is accordingly not street-legal in many countries. It is strongly recommended to use a reinforced crankshaft with standard stroke.
The exterior closely resembles the original cylinder, complete with a 49cc stamp, reassuring users that it is indeed a 77cc cylinder.
Note: It is recommended to use "long" cylinder head nuts to achieve correct torque when tightening the bolts.
Please be aware that street legality may vary depending on the country.
