STAGE6 BIG RACING 77CC RABASA EURO 2

Since its inception, Stage6 has remained dedicated to developing performance-enhancing tuning parts and eagerly embraces new challenges. Now, they venture into the 50cc bike market with the introduction of the Stage6 Cylinder Kit Big Racing 77cc for Derbi Euro 2.

This cylinder kit comprises:

- 77cc aluminum cylinder with a 50mm bore, featuring 5 transfer ports and a 32mm bridged exhaust port
- 1-ring Vertex piston, diameter 50mm
- High compression aluminum monobloc cylinder head
- Gasket set including base and head gaskets

Developed in close collaboration with MXS Racing experts, Stage6 leveraged their extensive experience with 50cc bikes to craft this compelling tuning cylinder. Despite its seemingly modest exterior, this cylinder embodies true "Big Bore" performance. Unlike modified standard models, it was engineered from the ground up as a Big Bore, ensuring matched transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port capable of handling increased performance.

The Big Racing cylinders excel in ease of installation, outstanding performance, and high reliability. They boast:

- Effortless installation without the need for crankcase milling or modifications
- Impressive performance metrics, achieving a remarkable 23 PS and 13 Nm on the P4 test bench under standard conditions
- Relatively low port timings, generous cooling system volume, and a top-quality Vertex piston for enhanced dependability and robustness

With a displacement of 77cc (50mm piston), it's important to note that this kit may not be street-legal in many countries. Therefore, Stage6 recommends using a reinforced crankshaft with standard stroke.

Despite its 49cc-stamped exterior, rest assured, this is indeed a 77cc cylinder. It's advised to use "long" cylinder head nuts for proper torque when tightening the bolts.
